Over a period of four years, Andreas produced more than 100 illustrations for The New York Times Magazine’s "Diagnosis" column, working together with Lisa Sanders.

A physician, medical author, and associate professor at the Yale School of Medicine, Lisa Sanders documents complex medical mysteries that Andreas translated into a unique series of images. These works explore the human body and sensitive topics in a highly graphic, de-dramatized style.

In addition to the column, Andreas has illustrated three print covers for the magazine and developed several graphic icons for their digital platforms.
